Booking Terms

All tariffs published on this site — from ₹4,000 to ₹15,000 per night — are per room, per night and exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST and any statutory levies are added at the time of billing. Rates may change on peak dates, long weekends and festival periods; the rate confirmed to you in writing is the rate that applies.

Check-in is from 12:00 noon and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable at up to half the room tariff.

Every guest above 18 must present a valid government photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID). Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa. PAN cards are not accepted as ID. Guests unable to produce valid ID cannot be checked in and the booking will be treated as a no-show.

Extra bed available for families on request. All rates are per night and exclusive of taxes.

Children under 5 stay free using existing bedding. Children aged 5-12 and adults needing an extra bed are charged for a mattress with breakfast, quoted at the time of booking. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room (family suite excepted); occupancy beyond the room's limit cannot be accommodated.

A booking is confirmed only once we send you a written confirmation and any advance we request is received. We normally ask for a 50% advance, with the balance settled at check-in. We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and cash.

The property steps down a hillside on paved paths; please take care after rain and let our team carry your luggage. Pets are not permitted. Outside alcohol is not permitted in the restaurant or public areas, and loud music is not allowed after 22:00 out of respect for other guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. We may refuse or end a stay in case of unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
